Are XEYLA dresses original?

Yes. Every XEYLA piece is an original, imported directly from Pakistan. We do not sell replicas or copies — what you see is the genuine brand article.

What is the difference between stitched and unstitched?

Stitched pieces are ready to wear in standard sizes. Unstitched pieces come as fabric (shirt, dupatta and trouser) so you can tailor them to your own measurements and style.

How do I place an order?

Add the pieces you love to your cart and check out. You'll receive an order confirmation, and our team may contact you to confirm delivery details.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver across Bangladesh. Orders inside Dhaka usually arrive within 1–3 working days, and outside Dhaka within 3–5 working days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

How can I pay?

You can pay with cash on delivery or online — the available options are shown at checkout. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

How do I choose the right size?

Each stitched product page lists the brand's size chart. Not sure? Message us before ordering and we'll help you pick the right fit.

Can I exchange my order?

If you receive a wrong size or a defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
